Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and as cliche as that may sound it’s so true. And this is why I put extra effort in to my family eats in the morning so as to set them right for the day.
Sandwiches are really not African or Nigerian typical breakfast but it’s a wonderful meal that has come to stay, if done well, it contains all the nutrients that the body needs for a day.
Today am sharing a very simple sandwich recipe that you can create anytime and the whole family can enjoy.
Cut the boiled eggs into circles, slice the cucumber and tomato into circles as well and set aside. Wash your lettuce under running water to avoid sand and any dirt it contains, pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Now place a piece of sliced bread on your Chopping board and spread some mayonnaise on it, be generous with it, place lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes slices on it and cover with another slice of bread.
On the second slice place your boiled eggs that have been sliced and some tomatoes as well, for the final layer place at third slice of bread and on it put your corned beef, (for every slice please remember to always start by spreading mayonnaise) now cover the cornedbeef with a final slice of bread and cut straight in the middle to give you that sandwich look.
