== Description ==

The Blog Traffic Exchange is an cloud based service based on the SEO concepts behind various blog related posts plugins. Using proprietary chaos and relevancy algorithms in conjunction with the Sphinx open source full text index engine, the Blog Traffic Exchange exists to increase your blog traffic by exchanging readers with other members.

How does it work?  After installing the plugin you will receive related posts from member sites that will be displayed at the end of your posts.  (To see it in action here are 2 blog posts on the BTE blog which demonstrate related websites: [Music Blogging](http://www.blogtrafficexchange.com/music-blogging/ "Music Blogging") and [Page Rank 5 in Under 1 Month](http://www.blogtrafficexchange.com/new-domain-to-google-page-rank-5-in-one-month/ "Page Rank 5 in Under 1 Month") ).  Links are randomly rotated both locally per page load and globally every 24 hours.  A proprietary traffic balancing algorithm rewards blogs that send diverse traffic into the exchange more frequent placement.  Relevancy is never compromised.

== Installation ==

0. Requires php 5
1. Upload related-sites directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Optionally adjust the options and style to suit
4. Email kevin at blogtrafficexchange dot com requesting inclusion into the Blog Traffic Exchange.  The vetting of new blog can take up to 48 hours, please leave the plugin installed during this period.  Please include your blog url in the email.
5. Add the key when emailed into the options and save.
