This Sunday, March 8 is International Women’s Day. What will you be doing to celebrate being a woman? Here are some suggestions on things you can do this weekend.

• Get together with your girlfriends and have a nice and relaxing day out.
• Leave the kids to your spouse, and just go out and enjoy yourself.
• Celebrate being a woman by gossiping all you want, all day long!
• Reward yourself with that special something you’ve been eyeing and thinking for the 100th time of buying.
• Go for a day trip to some place nice and eat to your heart’s content.
• Wake up to a warm breakfast in bed experience (you’ve got to hint to your fellow partner in advance to make breakfast!).
• Skip the gym, and hit the malls!
• Go to the movies, indulge in popcorn and watch a chic flick.
• Have that sinful ice cream for dessert without any guilt. After all, you are a woman!
• Take a relaxing hot bath in the tub and tune out.
• Have a slumber party with your girlfriends and drink up!
• Get some fresh flowers for the home (alternatively, get HIM to send that bouquet!).
• Make a dinner booking at your favourite restaurant, dress up in your fancy outfit and enjoy a nice wine and dine experience.
• Put all things aside, put up your feet and go for a swim (anyone up for sunbathing?).
