Ladies, do your annual health check

It’s important for us to look after our selves before we’re able to look after our loved ones. Women are natural care-takers, so whether you’re a mother, a daughter, a sister, etc, somehow you will find yourself to be in a role where you take it upon yourself to take care of someone else.

Here’s what I saw in today’s papers about a woman’s health screen by Pantai Medical Centre. The deal looks pretty good – a healthcheck and a complete woman’s screening all for RM260. If you know anything about how much a medical check costs, I’m sure you’ll agree this is a good deal. So if you’ve been planning to do a check anyway, do it soon to take advantage of this deal.
