The drug does it exist, but the woman could not have detected its odour on her hands - it's odourless. And you wouldn't be affected by it on a card. The purpose is like all hoaxes - to make innocent/gullible people look silly. Normal people don't get a kick out of this sort of thing, but hoax senders are saddoes who haven't got anything else in their lives. Feel sorry for them.
