Personally I feel that after a hard day’s work, it’s best to destress and leave the worries behind by soaking in a hot bath tub. Relax even more some music in the background, light some candles and dim the lights. Then just close your eyes and lean back. It’s a wonderful feeling.

Better still if you can throw in some aromatherapy sea bath salt and watch it disolve into the water. Choose lavender if you like, as it helps even more to relax the mind and body. Of course there are others which are also equally relaxing if lavender doesn’t tickle your fancy. But it has been the most popularly used one for relaxation.

Sometimes I also add some dead sea bath salt and lightly do a scrub halfway through the bath. Feels not only energised but totally cleansed too. I guess it’s a two in one with a dead sea salt bath.

What about you? What are your ways to unwind and relax after a hard day’s work or when you are under a lot of stress? One other way of mine is to read or watch some TV programs. For the purpose of relaxation, I will choose easy reads like chick flicks and watch slap stick comedies. These are just mindless fun stuff that don’t require any thinking.

Do share other ways so that we each learn how best to take our stress away. These days most people are highly stressed and it really pays to find ways to destress ourselves the best way possible.

We’re pretty much familiar with stories about how people succumb to plastic surgeries at the slightest sight of something they don’t like about themselves. And as such, they go for every kind of imaginable surgeries there could be just so they look perfect in their own eyes.

But surgeries are not without risks, I hope they realise that. Many have suffered devastating side effects of surgeries not well performed. Instead of enhancing their lives, they had destroyed it and live only to regret such a decision.

Whatever we’re given, we should learn to be happy with it. If it is really something so out of the ordinary that we need to seek professional help to correct, well maybe that’s a different story altogether.

But let’s face it, we’re surely not going to need some surgery hip replacement to make us feel a whole lot better about ourselves. So you know you’ve gone overboard when you start discussing the topic of a hip replacement with just about anyone who cares to listen! Not even when your best friend is the kindest soul who’s willing to hear you talk about a total hip replacement scottsdale deal. If she’s nice, she’d probably tell you to cut it out, otherwise she’ll just leave you talking by yourself!

So ladies, try to look at your inner beauty and stay on the positive front. Love yourself and what you have been given.

I’ve been missing in action on this blog for a very long time. I’ve been very busy with some of my work and therefore the lack of updates. In any case, I found some time today and thought to share with some of my female readers here on what I think of owning a netbook!

I recently had the opportunity to use a netbook instead of my own notebook. I found it to be such a big help in terms of a travel companion. I love everything about it, even being very forgiving about the smaller screen size but my only contention is the smaller keyboard pad. But you know what? I wouldn’t complain much about it for all the other positives that I’ve had experienced with it.

I would consider getting my own netbook when my business blooms further as I think it would be very handy for me, especially when I plan to be on the move a lot more.

I am very protective of technology gadgets and would hate for them to be spoiled due to my careless handlings, so I would also want to check out some tech-air cases to keep it safe. I was told that the netbook case is also just as good to protect the netbook as it is well padded. I like the idea too but I will still need to find a bag to place it in if I don’t want to be carrying it in my hands.

I guess I will worry about these netbook accessories later, when I’ve made up my final decision to buy a netbook. But that’s how enthusiastic I am about a netbook now to even think about buying all the other stuff that should accompany it!

It’s really light in weight and small in size and superb for a lady’s use. Highly recommended to women on the go.
